Picard 251/4 Double Face Bumping Hammer

The Picard 251/4 is a double face bumping hammer with a 33 mm round face and a narrow 36 x 10 mm rectangular face. It weighs 500 g (18 oz) with its 320 mm handle.

The round face does general bumping and the narrow rectangular face works lines, edges and the inside of curves where a round face is too wide.

The head is Picard alloyed special steel, hardened and tempered, and finished in Picard's blue hammertone enamel. It sits on a dual-curved hickory handle with an octagonal grip, fixed to the head with Picard's ring wedge. Picard has made hammers in Germany since 1857.
