LTL Freight has a number of options, depending on your ability to unload the goods.

The basic service offers delivery by truck where the receiver must unload the goods themself - usually a loading bay and / or a forklift is required to do this.

Lift Gate (L) means your goods will be delivered in a truck that is equipped with a tailgate loader / lift-gate. In this situation, the driver will move your goods from the truck to the lift-gate and lower the goods to ground level. You are then responsible for moving the goods from the lift-gate.

Inside delivery (I) is where the driver will move the goods from the truck to ground level and then move the into your premises.

All residential deliveries must include the lift-gate service and delivery is usually made curb-side meaning you are responsible for moving the goods into your premises / workshop / garage.

Mittler Bros. 2240-4M Quad Manual Bench Press - Four Stations, 3 Ton

The Mittler Bros. 2240-4M is four manual press stations on one frame: two with 12" deep throats and two with 3" deep throats. It is built for shops that run several tools on the same part and do not want to stop and change dies.

Set up a punch and flare die, a louver punch, a corner radius punch and a second die size, then walk the panel around the press. The 12" stations reach into the panel and the 3" stations handle edge work. Every station takes the same punch and flare dies and press tooling as the rest of the 2200 series, and Mittler rates the press at 3 tons with a 3" punch and flare in 16 gauge mild steel.

The frame is 5/16" welded plate with bronze bushings on the rams. It ships truck freight at 210 lb.

The quad is a 2240-2M dual press with a 2240-1M small press bolted to each side, so you can also start with the dual and add stations later. See all bench presses.
