Mittler Bros. 2240-2M Dual 3 Ton Manual Bench Press - Two 12" Throat Stations

The Mittler Bros. 2240-2M puts two 3 ton manual press stations on one frame, one at each end, each with a 12" deep throat. Set a different tool in each side and both stay ready.

The point is setup time. Keep a punch and flare die in one station and a louver punch, corner punch or second die size in the other, and move the panel instead of changing tooling. Both sides can be operated at the same time, so two people can work it. Each station takes the same punch and flare dies and press tooling as the single 2200 series presses, and Mittler rates it for a 3" punch and flare in 16 gauge mild steel.

The frame is 5/16" welded plate with bronze bushings on the rams, and tooling mounts straight in or rotated 90 degrees. It ships at 126 lb in a 44" x 25" x 13" box.

The frame is pre-drilled to take a 2240-1M small press on either side, which builds it out to four stations. Mittler also sells it that way as the 2240-4M Quad Manual Bench Press. See all bench presses.
