LTL Freight has a number of options, depending on your ability to unload the goods.

The basic service offers delivery by truck where the receiver must unload the goods themself - usually a loading bay and / or a forklift is required to do this.

Lift Gate (L) means your goods will be delivered in a truck that is equipped with a tailgate loader / lift-gate. In this situation, the driver will move your goods from the truck to the lift-gate and lower the goods to ground level. You are then responsible for moving the goods from the lift-gate.

Inside delivery (I) is where the driver will move the goods from the truck to ground level and then move the into your premises.

All residential deliveries must include the lift-gate service and delivery is usually made curb-side meaning you are responsible for moving the goods into your premises / workshop / garage.

Ercolina TB100 Top Bender: 4" Tube and 3" Schedule 40 Pipe

The Ercolina TB100 is an electromechanical rotary draw tube bender for round tube up to 4", 3" Schedule 40 pipe and 3" x .187" wall square tube, with a centerline radius from 2 x OD up to 17". It bends to 180 degrees with springback compensation for each bend, and it has no hydraulic components to leak or service.

It is the step up from the TB80 for shops working in heavier pipe. CML USA confirms the TB100 handles 1-1/4" Schedule 160 and 2" Schedule 80 pipe as well as standard Schedule 40, which covers most process piping, handrail and structural frame work.

Bends are programmed on the touch screen in inch or metric, with up to 12 bends per program and unlimited program storage via USB. The display shows bend angle, the counterbend die position is monitored electronically for repeatable results, and a foot pedal runs the bend and return. The swing-away counterbending die vise makes loading long material easier, and the gear case is heavy-duty steel.

Tooling is quick-change on 40mm, 50mm and 80mm drive diameters. Ercolina offers a 5-piece pipe kit (PIPEKIT4, 1-1/4" to 3" pipe) and small and large radius tube kits (TUBEKIT1SR and TUBEKIT1, 3/4" to 2" tube), and individual center formers and counterbend dies are in Ercolina tube and pipe dies.

The TB100 is 20" x 34" x 47", weighs 1,030 lb and runs on 220V or 480V 3-phase; choose the voltage when you order. It ships LTL freight with Ercolina's 1-year limited warranty.
