LTL Freight has a number of options, depending on your ability to unload the goods.

The basic service offers delivery by truck where the receiver must unload the goods themself - usually a loading bay and / or a forklift is required to do this.

Lift Gate (L) means your goods will be delivered in a truck that is equipped with a tailgate loader / lift-gate. In this situation, the driver will move your goods from the truck to the lift-gate and lower the goods to ground level. You are then responsible for moving the goods from the lift-gate.

Inside delivery (I) is where the driver will move the goods from the truck to ground level and then move the into your premises.

All residential deliveries must include the lift-gate service and delivery is usually made curb-side meaning you are responsible for moving the goods into your premises / workshop / garage.

Ercolina TB80 Top Bender: 3" Tube and 2-1/2" Schedule 40 Pipe

The Ercolina TB80 is an electromechanical rotary draw tube bender for round tube up to 3" OD x .120" wall, 2-1/2" Schedule 40 pipe and 2-1/2" x .125" wall square tube. Centerline radius runs from 2 x OD up to 16.5", and it bends to 180 degrees with springback and speed compensation set independently for each bend. There are no hydraulic components, so it runs quietly and there is no fluid to service.

Programming is on a 7" touch screen in inch or metric, with up to 30 bends per program and unlimited program storage via USB. Bend angle and bend speed are shown on the display, the counterbend die vise position is monitored electronically for repeatability, and a foot pedal runs the bend and return. The swing-away counterbending die vise makes loading and unloading long or heavy material easier, and the steel gear case bends right or left hand.

Tooling is quick-change, with 40mm, 50mm and 80mm drive diameters. Ercolina offers a 5-piece pipe kit (PIPEKIT6, 1" to 2-1/2" pipe) and a large radius tube kit (TUBEKIT5, 1" to 2" tube), and individual center formers and counterbend dies are in Ercolina tube and pipe dies. The TB80 is also mandrel-ready with Ercolina's optional mandrel accessory, and CML USA confirms it has the capacity for 2" Schedule 40 stainless pipe.

The machine is 20" x 34" x 47", weighs 980 lb and runs on 220V or 480V 3-phase; choose the voltage when you order. It ships LTL freight and carries Ercolina's 1-year limited warranty.
