LTL Freight has a number of options, depending on your ability to unload the goods.

The basic service offers delivery by truck where the receiver must unload the goods themself - usually a loading bay and / or a forklift is required to do this.

Lift Gate (L) means your goods will be delivered in a truck that is equipped with a tailgate loader / lift-gate. In this situation, the driver will move your goods from the truck to the lift-gate and lower the goods to ground level. You are then responsible for moving the goods from the lift-gate.

Inside delivery (I) is where the driver will move the goods from the truck to ground level and then move the into your premises.

All residential deliveries must include the lift-gate service and delivery is usually made curb-side meaning you are responsible for moving the goods into your premises / workshop / garage.

Baileigh BP-9078CNC 90-Ton Hydraulic Press Brake with Delem CNC Control

The BP-9078CNC is a 90-ton hydraulic press brake with a 78.75 inch bed and a Delem CNC control. It is the programmable version of the 90-ton machine, and the control is the difference worth paying for: bend sequences are stored and recalled rather than dialled in by hand each time a job comes back.

Full capacity is 78.75 inches at .196 inch mild steel, which is 3/16 inch plate across the whole bed. Throat depth is 7.87 inches, the housings sit 61 inches apart and there is 11.81 inches from table to ram. A 10 hp main motor drives the pump, with a 1/2 hp motorized back gauge running 23.62 inches of travel. Stroke is 5.9 inches, approach 3.14 inches per second, bending .236, return 2.36.

Power is 220V 3-phase and the reservoir holds 45 gallons. The machine weighs 8,800 lbs and moves by flatbed freight, so the offload needs planning before delivery. One year warranty.
