Woodward-Fab WFTR45 Manual Tube Roller - Rolls 1-1/2" Round Tube to a 20" Diameter

The Woodward-Fab WFTR45 is a compact, hand-cranked tube roller for putting large, even radii into round tube. Three rolls do the work: two lower rolls support the tube while the crank-driven top roll is screwed down a little between passes, so the radius tightens gradually instead of in one hit.

Woodward-Fab rates it to roll 1-1/2" round tube as small as a 20" diameter, in wall up to .080". That covers bumper and grille tube, trailer and cart frames, handrails, furniture frames and arched gates. The 1-1/2" die set comes with the machine, and WFTR45 round tube dies from 1/2" to 2" change it over for other sizes.

It weighs 75 lbs and bolts down through a four-hole base, so it suits a bench or a stand. The lower rolls sit in slotted side frames for adjustable spacing, and every roll shaft runs on ball bearings.

For 2" tube or a full day of rolling, the WFTR5 adds a chain drive to both lower rolls and its own height-adjustable stand. If you need a tight bend rather than a sweep, that is a job for one of our Tube Benders. Every roller we carry is in Tube Rollers.
