  • 3" to 7" centre-line radius, .75" minimum OD — CLR varies with material and wall thickness.
  • Three-speed ratchet: 4°, 8°, or 12° per pull — speed 1 gives the most leverage for heavy wall; higher speeds move faster but need more effort on the handle.
  • Bends to 180° standard, 200° maximum — ratchet straight through without stopping to reset or reposition the drive arm.

LTL Freight has a number of options, depending on your ability to unload the goods.

The basic service offers delivery by truck where the receiver must unload the goods themself - usually a loading bay and / or a forklift is required to do this.

Lift Gate (L) means your goods will be delivered in a truck that is equipped with a tailgate loader / lift-gate. In this situation, the driver will move your goods from the truck to the lift-gate and lower the goods to ground level. You are then responsible for moving the goods from the lift-gate.

Inside delivery (I) is where the driver will move the goods from the truck to ground level and then move the into your premises.

All residential deliveries must include the lift-gate service and delivery is usually made curb-side meaning you are responsible for moving the goods into your premises / workshop / garage.

Baileigh RDB-050 Manual Tube Bender — 2.5" Mild Steel Capacity, 200° Maximum Bend

The RDB-050 is a manually powered rotary draw bender. The tube is hooked by a sleeve and drawn around a forming die while the counter die presses it into shape — the method that gives clean, repeatable bends in structural tube. It runs on nothing but the handle, so there's no air line and no power drop to plan around.

Capacity is 2.5" mild steel round tube at .120" wall, and 2" at .120" in chromoly or stainless. That covers most chassis work, roll cages, nudge bars, and hand rails. Centre-line radius runs 3" to 7", down to a .75" minimum OD.

The three-speed ratchet is the part that earns its keep. Speed 1 pulls 4° per stroke with the most leverage — where you'll be for 2" chromoly or 2.5" mild steel. Speeds 2 and 3 give 8° and 12° per pull for lighter gauge: faster, at the cost of more effort on the handle, and you can change speed part-way through a bend. The machine ratchets to 180° as standard and 200° at maximum without stopping to reposition anything, while the anti-springback lever holds each bend as you cycle the handle forward.

It arrives with the stand, bend handle, and degree wheel; you add the tooling. A quick-release hook arm makes changing tube size a die swap, not a strip-down. Ships LTL at 300 lbs.
