The Picard No. 254 is a 27 piece body tool set in sheet steel cases, covering hammers, dollies, spoons, a pry bar and a body file. The full set weighs about 38.0 kg (84 lb).

It is a complete professional kit for panel beating and restoration, with a dolly for nearly every shape of panel and several shrinking and finishing hammers.
