Picard 252/27 1/2 Pick Hammer - Short Pattern

The Picard 252/27 1/2 is a short pattern pick hammer with a 37 mm round face and a fine pointed pick. It weighs 310 g (11 oz) with its 300 mm handle.

The short, fine pick raises small low spots from the back of a panel with control, and the short pattern head works in tighter spaces than a long pick.

The head is Picard alloyed special steel, hardened and tempered, and finished in Picard's blue hammertone enamel. It sits on a dual-curved hickory handle with an octagonal grip, fixed to the head with Picard's ring wedge. Picard has made hammers in Germany since 1857.
