Picard 251/9 1/2 Body File Holder with Rough File Blade

The Picard 251/9 1/2 is a 355 mm light alloy body file holder, supplied with a rough milled curved tooth file blade. It weighs 760 g (1.68 lb).

After hammer and dolly work, a few passes with a body file show up the remaining high and low spots, and the curved (vixen) teeth cut the highs down cleanly. The holder bows the blade to match the crown of the panel.

Replacement 355 mm file blades are available in 251/9a rough and bright versions. The holder is also sold without a blade.
