Cope Precise Tube Notches from 3/4" to 3" - Eastwood Professional Tubing Notcher

The Eastwood Professional Tubing Notcher turns a hand drill into a precision coping station, cutting clean "fishmouth" notches in tube from 3/4" to 3" in diameter across a 90° to 150° angle range. A 25mm steel shaft and roller-bearing pivot keep every cut consistent, and the angle locks down with a single bolt so you can dial in a joint and get back to cutting.

Solid-steel construction stands up to daily shop use, and the compact frame mounts to a vise or bolts straight to a benchtop, then tucks into a drawer when the job's done. Powered by any 1/2" drill and compatible with standard hole saws (sold separately), it's built for roll cages, chassis and exhaust work, go-kart frames, railings, and any project where tube needs to meet tube cleanly.

Pair it with one of our Tube & Pipe Benders to take a project from bent tube to a fully coped, weld-ready joint.
