Cornfield Customs 9" Hot Shot Shrinking Disc — Made in the USA
Made from high-quality stainless steel, the Hot Shot is a must-have for any DIY or pro metal shaper.
Like all shrinking discs, it pulls over-worked, stretched or damaged panels back to shape by using friction to concentrate heat in the exact spot you need it. Run on a 9" angle grinder (ideal speed 3,000–6,000 rpm), the 9" covers ground quickly on broad, open panels — roofs, doors and quarter panels — for panel repair and metal-shaping touch-ups.
For tighter work close to edges, lips and body lines, pair it with the 5" Cornfield Customs disc, or grab both in the Combo Kit.
Works with any 9" grinder backing pad, but we recommend the S&G Tool Aide phenolic backing pad #94730. 7/8" spindle hole.

This item ships via UPS - items leave the warehouse 1-2 days after order and are usually delivered in 3-5 days for the regular UPS Ground service which is our cheapest delivery option.
