LTL Freight has a number of options, depending on your ability to unload the goods.

The basic service offers delivery by truck where the receiver must unload the goods themself - usually a loading bay and / or a forklift is required to do this.

Lift Gate (L) means your goods will be delivered in a truck that is equipped with a tailgate loader / lift-gate. In this situation, the driver will move your goods from the truck to the lift-gate and lower the goods to ground level. You are then responsible for moving the goods from the lift-gate.

Inside delivery (I) is where the driver will move the goods from the truck to ground level and then move the into your premises.

All residential deliveries must include the lift-gate service and delivery is usually made curb-side meaning you are responsible for moving the goods into your premises / workshop / garage.

Baileigh BP-3360NC 33-Ton Hydraulic Press Brake with 61in Bending Capacity

The BP-3360NC is a 33-ton NC hydraulic press brake with a 61 inch bending bed. Two encoder-controlled hydraulic cylinders drive the upper beam, and separate digital readouts show ram depth and back gauge position, so a bend gets dialled in once and then repeats.

Full-width capacity is 61 inches at .078 inch mild steel. Throat depth is 7.87 inches and the housings sit 49.21 inches apart, which is what actually decides whether a formed part will pass through the machine. The motorized back gauge rides a ball screw with 23.62 inches of travel. Three modes cover the work: jog for setup, manual when you want control over the descent and return, and automatic for production runs.

It ships with a set of hardened single-Vee tooling, front material rests, foot pedal control and a 6-light safety curtain. Power is 220V 3-phase, with a 3 hp main motor, a 1/2 hp back gauge motor and a 48 gallon oil reservoir. The machine weighs 3,300 lbs and moves by truck freight, so plan for a forklift and a clear path into the shop. One year warranty.

If 61 inches is more bed than you need, the BP-3350NC makes the same 33 tons across a 50 inch bed and takes .098 inch material full width, so it is the better pick for thicker stock in narrower pieces. The full range is in press brakes.
