Manual Bead Rollers
Manual Bead Rollers — Hand-Cranked Beading for Restoration & Occasional Work
A manual bead roller forms the same profiles, flanges and stiffening beads as a powered machine — you just turn the handle to feed the panel through. For restoration work, one-off panels and occasional shop use, that's all you need, and a hand-cranked machine is the natural starting point for building a bead-rolling setup.
We carry manual bead rollers from Baileigh, Mittler Bros. and Woodward-Fab, in throat depths to suit bench work through to larger panels. Most accept a bolt-on motor kit later, so you can start by hand and add power when your workload grows — see the motor upgrade kits for your machine. If you already know you'll be running long production sets, step straight to an Electric Bead Roller — same forming, motor-driven so both hands stay on the panel.
Not sure which way to go? Call us at (855) 605-4599 — we run these machines and are happy to talk it through.
