CNC and programmable tube benders take the operator's judgement out of repeatability. You program the bend — angle, springback, rotation between bends — on a touchscreen, and the machine reproduces the part the same way every time, off a foot pedal. For a shop running production parts, roll cages to a spec, or any job that has to come back identical next month, that's the difference between a CNC bender and a manual or hydraulic one.

Baileigh's computer-controlled range covers a wide capacity span. The RDB-250 is the entry into programmable bending; the RDB-325 steps up to 2" schedule 80 pipe and 3" round tube; the RDB-350-TS adds a 24" centerline-radius capacity and a touchscreen controller; and the RDB-480 tops the line at 4" schedule 80 pipe and 5" tube. All of them store multi-bend programs and run rotary draw tooling.
